This product fixed my "Roper" brand washing machine's problem. It would not put out any cold water, just hot water. That made the washer unable to perform the Rinse cycle because it uses cold water for that (but I used a redneck workaround and just ran my cold water into the washer basket with the hose coming over the top of the machine from the wall). My wife flooded our washroom several times using the "cold water hose" method to fill the washer, so I decided to fix the problem to save her the hassle. This inlet valve was an exact replacement part for the one I took out of the washer. The solenoid doohickey that the cold water hose was supposed to connect to on my old valve was all rusted, while the hot one was not. If your washer won't put out one or the other hot/cold water, check the inlet valve. Be sure to find your washer's model number to search for parts for it - that's how I found the proper part. BTW my wife thanks you for making her laundry time easier.

The unit is well build and the material made uop is strong, the unit layout though did not match my old unit, but it still worked perfectly after playing around on how to install. Once installed the unit performed flawlessly and the washing machine functioned as a brand unit.

We had a rare Texas freeze that lasted for a week, and like most Texans our washer is not in a heated part of the house. When the wife went to do the wash, water was going everywhere. The inlet valve had frozen and broken open. Since the washer is a few years old we thought about replacing it with a new one. A service call was out of the question being out in the hill country. I searched for parts and found the best price on Amazon. A few days later the washer is back at work, all is well again. Thank you!

Purchased my first fridge arrived poorly packaged and when I opened it it the decal was scratched/ripped about 3-4 inches on the sideand there was a dent in the fridge. I travelled back to the states to return it via the UPS store. Second fridge arrived securely packaged when I opened it the decal was ripped again and the fridge did not work. Returned to the states and returned via UPS again.I lost approx 80.00 in gas travel time toll fees and my duty, I e-mailed amazon about my loss and the company that made the fridge. No response from either. Very disappointed in the product and not getting responses on my loss of money.
